HETEL is authorised by the Basque Employment Agency to act as intermediary organization between companies and job seekers to facilitate employment access, offering career guidance services and linking job supply and demand.
On the other hand, HETEL also manages and coordinates lifelong learning programmes addressed to employed and unemployed, which are provided by its associated VET schools.(link)
