The PROMOTE consortium recently convened in Bilbao for a productive working session focused on finalizing the educational materials for the upcoming “in-the-job learning” pilot. This initiative, part of the Erasmus+ PROMOTE project, will soon provide immigrant women participants with hands-on training opportunities in companies across partner countries.
During the meeting, project partners collaborated to refine resources and methodologies designed to support workplace integration and skill development for participants. The pilot will test these materials in real-world settings, ensuring they meet the needs of both learners and migrant women.
