HETEL International in Dundee for DELTA´s kick-off meeting

DELTA is an Erasmus+ KA2 project which aims to enhance and improve the quality of Work Based Learning. Along the 2 years of the project, the partners will produce several results to: –          Improve the information companies have about VET centres, shifting from a focus based on “what the compan needs” to “what a VET learner can do for the company”, facilitating transparency about methodologies used in VET centres, projects they are involved in, international activity and any other aspect which can lead to a better use of the VET learner skills within the company. –          Enhance the role of the tutor/trainer in company, establishing ways to improve his/her skills, the relation with the VET centre and to recognise the important part they play in WBL. –          Define a structured process to host students in companies, offering also alternatives for shared apprenticeships schemes, combined with mobility opportunities abroad whenever possible. We are happy to work again with Dundee & Angus College in this project, already a good friend of HETEL, and to meet new interesting partners from Sweden, Germany, Italy and Romania.
