The Basque Country’s vocational training network connected to companies
HETEL is an association that brings together 34 Vocational Training centres in the Basque Country and works to promote vocational training connected to business, innovation and employment.
Mission
To improve, enhance the prestige of and lead Vocational Training through social commitment, promoting the development of Abantean centres, people, companies and society, with a regional perspective and an international outlook.
Vision
HETEL and the Abantean centres are recognised by families, companies and society as strategic benchmarks in Vocational Training and in the social transformation of the Basque Country.
